    I like the new black bean soup it has a delightful kick. I also prefer the original chicken noodle soup. All else is good. Maybe bring back the 99 cent all pastry selection with meal.

    New location. Very disorganized staff. Just one overwhelmed cook who had to go find 6 people in the back to come help. No one responded to her request for clean plates, more soup and etc. People just looked at her blankly when she asked for help. There was clearly not a manager who was on top of it. Weird vibe.

    I have been a loyal customer of Panera for years and today when I went to go pick up my rapid to-go order it wasn't there. It was supposed to be ready at 5:22pm; I got there at 5:35pm. The manager I spoke to said someone may have taken it. I had to wait for them to re-do my order. When I got home, I opened up my chicken noodle soup and there was no chicken nor noodles just the broth and carrots might as well call it carrot soup. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and food.

    Soup excellent, sandwich excellent, chips yummy, the pop I paid for? I was not provided a cup and assumed incorrectly that it was a can or bottle in the bag. My first time at Panera, I hope others don't go thirsty and pay for something they don't receive. Good food but help was amiss.

    Soup and sandwich combo...yummy. Next time I want the whole sandwich!❤ Never had anything I didn't like at Panera.
